FAQ's

How can I make my payments?

You may pay through the online payment portal, make a payment over the phone, or even mail a check or money order to our P.O Box. Choose the option that is best for you.

Do you have a grace period on your payments?

Yes, we provide a 10 day grace period based on your bill due date. After the 10th day, a late fee will be applied to the account.

How does payoff work?

If your account is current you have the option to payoff your building rather than continuing to rent for the full term. This payoff is a one time purchase of your building and cannot be done in multiple installments. Call us to inquire about the cash price for your contract.

What are your hours of operation?

Our office phone lines are open from 9AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday. We are closed on nationally recognized holidays but provide automated phone payment and online payment options even when closed. Feel free to send us an email or leave a voicemail after hours or on holidays.

Do you have autopay?

Absolutely. You can set up automatic payments by either calling into our office and setting it up with a representative or you may also set it up yourself on our online payment portal.

Can I pay extra money down on principal?

As a true rental contract, there is no installment sale and no principal to apply extra money towards. Extra money received will be applied to future months of rental payments.

Do you report to any major credit bureaus?

We do not report to any credit bureau entities.

Can I move my building?

Please call our office and get permission prior to having the building moved. The account must be completely current (No past due rent) and hauling fees will need to be covered by the customer at the time of hauling.

Do I get a refund for returning the building if I decide that I no longer need the building?

This is a true rental contract and we cannot provide refunds for the months that you have received the use of a building if/when you return that building.

How can I voluntarily return the building?

Please notify our office, preferably in writing, that you are finished with the building so we can arrange for pickup.

Can I make improvements or alterations to the building?

Per the rental contract, changes are not allowed to the building nor may it be attached to any structures. You must call our office for permission before proceeding with any changes to the building.

Why did I get a late notice when I made a payment?

Our system is all automated and it is possible a late notice printed before we received payment, however, please check in with us to make sure we have received your payment before discarding the notice.

Is there a charge to pay with a representative?

No, we do not charge any processing fees for in-house payments.

I was laid off my job. Can I refinance and get a lower monthly payment?

Refinancing is not an option as all of our contracts are Rent-To-Own contracts. Please give our office a call to discuss alternative options.

Can I send in a post-dated check and have it held until that date?

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept any post-dated checks. All checks are processed upon receipt and will not be held regardless of the date.
